Cancer-specific antigens have been a significant area of focus in cancer treatment since their discovery the mid-twentieth century. Cancer germline are class specifically overexpressed tissues and cells. Among these, TSGA10 (testis-specific gene antigen 10) is great interest because its crucial impact on progression. Early studies explored

Colorectal adenocarcinoma (COAD) is the most common subtype of colorectal cancer. Due to imperfect prognosis COAD, related prognostic factors and possible mechanisms need be further investigated. During tumor development, mitochondria help cells survive in a variety ways, so that screening mitochondrial metabolism targets has positive implications for COAD. We screened metabolism-related genes (MMRG) associated with COAD explored MMRG-related molecular characteristics by unsupervised consensus clustering analysis. Using ESTIMATE ssGSEA algorithms, we evaluated immunoinfiltration characteristic landscape different subtypes defined MMRG. Combining expression profiles differentially expressed MMRG subgroup survival constructed an model using LASSO-univariate Cox analysis successfully validated its impact on independently predicting risk stratification The potential clinical value score was subsequently drug susceptibility prediction also offer SEC11A as new target single-cell sequencing effect proliferation, invasion abilities dysfunction confirmed through vitro experiments. Our study provides insights into role intervention.
