Objective
Endometrial
cancer
(EC)
is
one
of
the
most
common
gynecological
malignancies,
and
it
poses
a
considerable
threat
to
women’s
lives.
Therefore,
searching
for
EC
inhibitors
exploring
potential
mechanism
action
particularly
important.
This
article
aims
investigate
effect
collagen
type
XII
α1
chain
(COL12A1)
on
macrophage
polarization
its
subsequent
influence
biological
behavior
cells
further
elucidate
underlying
mechanisms
development.
Material
Methods
Quantitative
real-time
polymerase
reaction
Western
blot
were
used
detect
expression
levels
COL12A1
messenger
RNA
protein
in
cells.
A
subcutaneous
tumor
formation
assay
was
performed
nude
mice
evaluate
cell
growth
vivo
.
Flow
cytometry
utilized

with

antitumor

decreased
toxicity.
this
review,
we
discuss
innovations
aimed
at
improving
clinical
efficacy
tumors,
as
well
limitations
