Results support safety initial efficacy psycho-spiritual-existential outcomes among screened highly homogonous samples patients serious illness (predominantly cancer). Current efforts challenges around integrating into systems care were highlighted. Additional work is needed (1) explore within more diverse contexts, (2) train providers PAT, (3) determine delivery best suited translation practice, (4) begin developing policy solutions safe equitable access PAT. Because many lack basic care, careful consideration integration The substances which are topic this article not currently FDA approved use United States.
