Abstract Purpose In vitro fertilization occurs in a controlled laboratory setting, where oocytes are fertilized by sperm, and the resulting embryos cultured to blastocyst stage before transfer uterus. The secreted/consumed substances embryo extracellular environment (secretome) contain variety of molecules that may provide insights into quality. This study presents new perspectives on non-invasive cost-effective assessment evaluation during IVF process, utilizing spent culture medium (SECM). Methods SECM was used from blastocysts prepared for single analyzed two groups—the with successful (F) (n = 30) unsuccessful (N) 36) implantation woman's Building our previous next-generation sequencing results, we decided validate expression levels specific miRNAs, particularly hsa-miR-16-5p hsa-miR-92a-3p, assess their potential predict success. Results Our results demonstrate different miRNA monitored groups, which could lead use analysis process. this study, employed metabolomics approach using 3D fluorescence identify differences between studied F N. preliminary indicate slightly increased metabolic activity group group. Conclusions is pilot demonstrated approaches analyzing process promises further development.
