Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths and third most common globally. Non-coding RNAs, including miRNAs, regulate tumor microenvironment CRC play key roles in its progression. Abnormal levels miR-150 are associated with cell migration, invasion, angiogenesis. The expression fundamental biological processes influenced by profiles. Objectives: present study aimed to estimate level miR-150-3p miR-150-5p patients. Methods: involved 50 patients control participants. Liver enzyme renal functions were evaluated. miRNA was extracted from blood samples, followed complementary DNA synthesis. gene measured. Results: found a significant increase ALT ALP patients, highly differences 0.01 0.001, respectively, while AST showed no difference between groups. Urea creatinine also differences. Gene analysis revealed that similar controls (non-significant fold change 1.161), whereas reduced (fold 0.88). Conclusions: downregulated highlighting potential as diagnostic biomarker. However, changes observed levels. results may be affected factors such treatment protocols disease stages.
