Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is a leading cause of drug withdrawal, particular for concern among patients receiving anti-cancer treatment. This review summarizes the available evidence on efficacy hepatoprotective drugs in normalizing enzyme abnormalities with DILI due to treatment therapies. Across relevant publications, effects several compounds therapy-induced were assessed. Treatment agents which usually initiated after has been detected and involves cessation causative therapy, demonstrated improvements elevation. However, prophylactic two particular, ademetionine bicyclol have shown that enabled continue their therapy reduced subsequently risk hepatotoxicity. While these publications show some benefits more research needed fully determine resolving signs symptoms cancer.
