Abstract A palladium catalyst supported on silk fibroin (Pd/SF) has been tested in the Sonogashira coupling reactions of a wide range aryl iodides and terminal alkynes. The best catalytic performance was obtained at 90 °C using only 0.25 mol % metal loading under copper‐free conditions, presence H 2 O/EtOH (3 : v/v) solvent mixture triethylamine as base, affording products good yields. Pd/SF‐based protocol then successfully extended to synthesis benzofurans through Sonogashira‐Cacchi type annulation 2‐iodophenol with Preliminary investigations recyclability heterogeneous behaviour were performed: hot filtration test leaching evidenced small amount soluble active species into reaction mixture. Nevertheless, Pd/SF could be reused recharging it can recycled four consecutive runs no significant deactivation.

For efficient biodiesel production, an acid-activated clay (AC) modified by calcium hydroxide and sodium (CaNa/AC) was prepared as a catalyst. CaNa/AC Na/AC were characterized Hammett indicators, CO2-TPD, FT-IR, XRD, N2 adsorption techniques. The influence of catalyst dose, reaction temperature, methanol/oil molar ratio, time on the transesterification Jatropha oil studied. Due to introduction calcium, displayed higher activity stability, thereby achieving conversion 97% under optimal conditions maintaining over 80% after five successive reuses. accelerated temperature rose, apparent activation energy 75.6 kJ·mol−1. enhanced production ascribed increase in active sites basic strength. Abstract The synthesis of substituted pyrazines from readily available methyl aryl/heteroaryl ketones and 1,2‐diamines was achieved using highly stable reusable ferrite‐stabilized copper nanoparticles (Fe 3 O 4 ‐CuO) as a catalyst. reaction proceeds through cascade imine formation–oxidative cyclization method under an oxygen atmosphere. nanocatalysts were recovered reused up to three consecutive cycles without any significant decrease in particle size, catalytic activity yield, evidenced by analytical techniques such transmission electron microscopy (TEM) powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD). synthesized exhibited photophysical behaviour, displayed large Stokes shifts, explored fluorescent probes for the sensitive well selective “turn‐off” detection iron with limit 0.63 μM. sensing is also useful quantification spiked water samples. Furthermore, application luminescent ink successfully demonstrated.

We have studied the impact of achiral substituents on chiral supramolecular architectures diketopyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,2,3-1H-triazole (DPP) dyes. decorated same DPP motif with substituent groups nitrogen atoms lactam moiety: hydrophobic n-octyl alkyl chain, hydrophilic tri(ethylene glycol) (TEG) chain and thermo-cleavable tert-butoxycarbonyl (t-Boc) carbamate group. In spite having identical conjugated chromophore appendages, in aggregated form three dyes displayed profoundly different optical, chiroptical, electrochemical thermal features. ECD measurements revealed differences aggregation modes, which would be inaccessible by most other techniques. found strong chiroptical features, major implications context organic opto-electronics development highly innovative technological applications.

Abstract Imidazoles are one of the keys N‐heterocycle molecules that exist in structure many biomolecules. In this research project, we reported Fe 3 O 4 @BisImid−CuBr nanocomposite is an attractive and efficient nanomagnetic catalyst to afford 2,4,5–triaryl imidazoles through reactions 1,2–diketones aldehydes presence NH OAc under ecofriendly conditions. The was readily fabricated by a simple method from available reagents its analyzed spectroscopic techniques. SEM TEM images affirmed formation particles spherical shape nanometer–size. Under methodology, diverse library triaryl were afforded with high yields water. This synthetic methodology has significant features such as (a) purity products (b) suitable reaction time (c) use magnetic reusable nanocatalyst (d) reusability performance aqueous medium.

Abstract We are reporting a convenient method for the synthesis of bis(indolyl)methane derivatives from relatively cheap and commercially available chemicals such as indoles aldehydes in one‐pot procedure using Ga‐MCM‐41‐SO 3 H heterogeneous catalyst. Notably, use this catalyst has resulted high yield products (up to 98 %) under mild conditions, was found be stable reusable, retaining its highly catalytic activity even after five runs. Interestingly, two alkaloids Arsindoline A Turbomycine B were successfully synthesized employment These findings suggest that could promising alternative traditional acid homogeneous catalysts derivatives, offering several advantages including ease separation reuse, stability, low toxicity.
