Antibiotic resistance is a critical and expanding problem for public health, as well significant challenge the pharmaceutical medical industries. Pathogenic bacteria that are resistant to antibiotics developing at rate far faster than new drug development. Therefore, there an urgent need novel class of with distinct mode action better effect. In this context, noble metal nanoparticles (NPs) (i.e. Ag, Au, Cu) graphene oxide (GO) based nanocomposite materials have emerged nanohybrid owing their characteristics which combine provide excellent antibacterial effects. These nanohybrids been engineered extensively investigated in recent years diverse range applications including applications. This short review envisages advances carried out understanding various activities NPs-GO emphasis on engineering nanostructures synergetic mechanisms actions.
