In this study, the adsorption capacity of different types zeolite (3A, 4A, and 5A) for adsorbing CO2 from a mixture CH4, N2, water vapor was investigated with without use ultrasonic waves. functional groups O–H, Si–O–Al Si–O–Si bands were identified in Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy these adsorbents. X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD) 3A 5A showed structure chabazite 4A sodalite. Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) test, specific surface area zeolites measured as 16, 11.96 437 m2g−1, respectively. Ultrasonic waves increased to adsorb at lower temperatures 80.64 175.44 mgg−1. Zeolite has higher affinity than CH4 or selectivity CO2/ N2 19.55 24.17, Data experiments used learn an artificial neural network (ANN), ANN provided acceptable results predicting process.
