This work examined the influence of UV-A light modulation on photocatalytic process coadjuvated with H2O2 to mineralize phenol in an aqueous solution. A fixed-bed batch reactor a flat-plate geometry, irradiated by LEDs, was employed. The successful deposition commercial TiO2 PC105 steel plate (SP) achieved, and structured photocatalyst characterized using Raman spectroscopy, specific surface area (SSA) measurements, UV–vis DRS analysis. These analyses confirmed formation titania coating anatase phase bandgap energy 3.25 eV. Various LED-dimming techniques, both fixed variable duty cycle values, were tested evaluate stability photocatalyst’s activity operating parameters during mineralization 450 mL optimal identified as initial concentration 10 ppm, hydrogen peroxide dosage 0.208 g L−1, triangular modulation. Under these conditions, highest apparent degradation kinetic constant (0.39 min−1) total achieved. Finally, consumption for mineralizing 90% one cubic meter treated water determined, showing greatest savings
