Fabrication aspects of PdO thin films and coatings are reviewed here. The work provides organizes the up-to-date information on methods to obtain films. In recent years, interest in Pd oxide for different applications has increased. Since can be converted into PdO, it is instructive pay attention preparation pure alloyed films, heterostructures, nanoparticles synthesized substrates. development presented from early reports coatings’ formation by oxidation foils wires present technologies. Modern synthesis/growth routes gathered chemical physical categories.
