Abstract Objective M5C-related LncRNAs (Long non-coding RNAs) were related to the occurrence and development of tumors. In this study, we investigated whether m5C-related could predict prognosis clear cell renal carcinoma (ccRCC) patients. Methods Co-expression analysis Cox regression used construct prognostic features, then a series model validation was performed evaluate value model. Gene Ontology (GO), Kyoto Encyclopedia Genome Enrichment (KEGG), immune-related function tumor mutation burden (TMB) analyses also performed. Finally, potential sensitivity drugs ccRCC predicted. Results A total 9 obtained established. Our has independent is closely immune characteristics escape, which can be including Entinostat, SB216763, Sapitinib. in vitro experiments showed that GNG12-AS1 inhibited proliferation migration lines. Conclusions summary, accurately patients, may provide new ideas for clinical application immunotherapy promising biomarker predicting survival outcome ccRCC.
