This review elucidates pathophysiology explores potential gut-targeted therapeutic strategies reduce promote recovery, including probiotics, prebiotics, pharmacological interventions, dietary modifications. However, current prevention treatment based intestinal flora still face many problems, large difference individual flora, stability efficacy, long-term safety need be considered.
