Pulpitis, an inflammation of the dental pulp, is generated by bacterial invasion through different ways as caries. In establishment and development this disease, biological processes are involved. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) circular (circRNAs) transcripts with regulatory capacity participating in functions have been implicated diseases. The aim narrative review to critically analyze available evidence on role lncRNAs circRNAs pulpitis discuss possible new research prospects. LncRNAs involved were explored, addressing their expression, molecular mechanisms, targets effects studied animal vitro models, well studies human patients. emerging key regulators diverse including apoptosis, proliferation, differentiation, oxidative stress, autophagy, ferroptosis, immune response. mechanisms performed these (ncRNAs) interactions miRNAs formation networks context pulpitis. Further more deeply analyzing participation will reveal potential applications ncRNAs biomarkers or use therapeutic strategies pulp inflammation.
