Doxorubicin (DOX) is an anthracycline-derived medication used for its antitumor and antibiotic properties. Measuring DOX levels important treatment management, monitoring, optimizing individual dosages. This work introduced a novel sensitive electrochemical sensing platform determination of based on screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) modified with CoMoO 4 nanosheets (NSs). A simple hydrothermal method was applied to prepare NSs. Then, the characterization studies prepared were conducted by using field-emission scanning electron microscopy X-ray diffraction analysis provide necessary information about morphological features crystalline structure. The NSs in modification SPCE facilitated transfer rate electrons, thereby improving electrocatalytic performance towards redox process DOX. observation obtained from cyclic voltammetry studies. Also, basis differential pulse quantitative measurements, linear calibration curve within wide concentration range 0.005 175.0 μM low detection limit 0.0015 μM. Furthermore, NSs/SPCE sensor has been successfully employed monitoring injection urine sample, which can offer suitable qualitative drugs.

Kynurenic acid (KA), a key metabolite of tryptophan (TRP) via the kynurenine pathway, plays significant role in various physiological and pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases, depression, schizophrenia. This study aims to develop flexible sensitive electrochemical sensor platform for direct detection KA biological fluids. Custom carbon-based electrodes were fabricated using specialized inks plastic substrate, followed by functionalization with composite film gold nanoparticles, graphene oxide (GO), polyethyleneimine (PEI). The GO was electrochemically reduced enhance conductivity sensitivity target analyte. characterized cyclic voltammetry (CV), impedance spectroscopy (EIS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force (AFM). An optimized differential pulse (DPV) method employed detection. developed demonstrated limit 0.3 nM effective across concentration range 1 500 µM. These findings highlight potential this as reliable, rapid, cost-effective tool samples, offering advantages over traditional methods terms simplicity.
