The paper is dedicated to the research and development of a magnetic activator for prevention scale formation in electric water heaters, which pressing problem regions with hard water, typical Сentral Kazakhstan. During operation salt deposits on heating elements lead increased energy consumption reduced efficiency. developed uses powerful neodymium magnets that change structure hardness salts preventing their deposition form scale. Research has shown use can reduce by 15–20 %, resulting significant reduction formation.
