In this work, the development of screen-printed electrodes modified with chitosan-coated magnetite nanoparticles (CTS@Fe3O4/SPGNE) for simultaneous determination nitrite (NO2−) and ascorbic acid (AA−) is presented. The study investigated various ratios graphene to (CTS@Fe3O4), as well optimal pH. These factors were examined due their impact on selectivity sensitivity analysis. results indicated that a paste CTS@Fe3O4 ratio 16:1.0 g pH 4 analysis both NO2− AA−. Additionally, behavior proposed electrode, its analytical performance, interference studies thoroughly examined. Furthermore, CTS@Fe3O4/SPGNE electrode shows potential AA− in hydroponics fruit juice samples.
