Abstract Materials and Methods The study adopted a scoping review approach in order to explore synthesise the existing scientific literature on relationship between physical literacy cardiorespiratory fitness. This methodological was selected because of its efficency quickly gathering mapping relevant information, following recommendations PRISMA standard for review. Results Preliminary findings from this research indicate that there is dynamic close interaction highlights holistic nature literacy, whereby knowledge, skills, attitudes related activity are closely linked intertwined with health. Conclussions: cycle generates positive outcomes, as encourages inspires individuals engage sustainable activity.

Abstract Physical literacy has received increased research attention over the last decade focusing on unification of definition, measurement, and application, including in school health-based contexts. In 2019, Cairney et al. released a model positioning physical holistically as primary determinant health disease, mediated by activity (PA), physiological psychological adaptations associated with PA, individual social/environmental/contextual factors or conditions that impact PA-related behaviour, which had significant literacy-related literature. To assess extant literature, better understand relationship between literacy, PA proposed al., we conducted citation content analysis narrative review. 956 citations were identified citing Of these, 16 used to construct theoretical framework included extended analysis. Thirteen studies observational, participants all children young people total age range 4–20 years. Results demonstrate is related health-related fitness variables aerobic fitness, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength power; MVPA; wellbeing, supporting However, gaps remain understanding critical components (e.g., mediation pathways), clarifying nature relationships variety populations clinical populations) across lifespan. A pragmatic approach addressing these recommended.

The aim of this study was to examine the effects school-based intervention integrating physical literacy (PL) into active school recesses (ASR) on fitness (i.e., body composition, 20-m shuttle run, 50-m rope skipping, sit and reach, handgrip) academic achievement result Chinese Mathematics) in children.A total 357 children (mean age: 7.8 ± 0.7 years; boys: 50.4%) were recruited from two schools these randomly assigned as group (IG) control (CG), respectively. IG consisted 155 7.9 years, 51.0%), 202 50%) allocated CG. Children received a 10-week PL that conducted during ASR. In CG, children's regular activity remained period. Generalized estimating equation performed compare levels between CG after intervention.Regarding fitness, there significant × time interaction run (β = -3.89, 95% CI [-5.08; -2.71], p < 0.001) handgrip -0.70, [-1.20; -0.20], 0.006). After intervention, had greater increase than (p terms handgrip. addition, post-test analysis indicated performance significantly those (20-m run: 0.001, handgrip: 0.002). It is recommended future studies are necessary assess ASR-based cognitive outcomes using wide range sample.

Physical literacy is a multidimensional concept considered fundamental for lifelong participation in physical activity. Although theories on the relationship between and human flourishing have been proposed, no comprehensive study of this adolescents has found. This aimed to predict variables (physical activity, health, mental academic performance) that correlate highly with adolescents' literacy. A sample 1004 primary middle school students was recruited six machine learning algorithms (decision tree, random forest, AdaBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, k-nearest neighbours) were used. Random forest predicted health overall sample, an accuracy 53 percent, 86 per cent, 91.7 respectively; AdaBoost performance 98 cent. Overall sex subgroup predictions generally consistent, "sense self self-control" "self-expression communication others" as most significant variables. Family-type analysis results varied greatly, suggesting one-child families should focus "knowledge understanding," whereas multi-child others." BACKGROUND Many mobile health (mHealth) apps focus on promoting physical activity (PA) and healthy eating (HE). However, there is limited empirical evidence regarding their effectiveness in initiating sustaining behavior change, particularly among children adolescents. Considering that influenced by social contexts, it essential to take core settings like family dynamics into account when designing mHealth apps. OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was further develop refine the SMARTFAMILY app targeting PA HE a collective family-based setting enhancing design usability, as well adding gamification aspects, literacy, just-in-time adaptive interventions (JITAI) first version app. METHODS SMARTFAMILY2.0 app, based change theories techniques, developed, implemented, evaluated. used setting, with members using individually cooperatively.
