Interviews transcribed verbatim interpretative phenomenological analysis. group (n=33) recorded high recruitment, participation retention rate 94% 12 sessions. Satisfaction (LTP+CaCBT, 97%; ETAU, 34.4%). reduction in higher PHQ-9 Md 3.00 z= -4.935; Md=4.00 -2.556. Improvement also anxiety social support level; no improvement group, as scores remained same. Themes identified from qualitative dataset showed positive behaviour management, enhanced interaction relationship, modification negative thought processes, relationship formation. shown be acceptable whilst indicating potential clinical effectiveness reducing Nigerian mothers.
