Objective: Childhood obesity is a growing global health concern, with established associations to both systemic and oral complications. This study aimed compare periodontal status inflammatory biomarkers between obese non-obese children. Materials methods: Fifty-two children (26 obese, 26 non-obese) were included, key parameters such as Plaque Index (PI), Bleeding on Probing (BOP), Depth (PD), Clinical Attachment Loss (CAL) assessed evaluate health. Paraclinical indicators including fibrinogen, C-reactive protein (CRP), vitamin D (25(OH)D) levels also measured. Results Discussion: demonstrated that exhibited significantly higher values for PI, BOP, PD, CAL, indicating poorer Elevated serum fibrinogen CRP levels, coupled lower in children, underscored state of chronic inflammation potential nutrient deficiency associated obesity. Conclusion: These findings highlight the need multidisciplinary approach managing promoting health, suggesting early intervention dietary lifestyle factors could mitigate these risks.
