Rozvoj digitálních technologií vzbuzuje rostoucí zájem mezi výzkumnými pracovníky, studenty, manažery, odbornou i laickou veřejností. Tato studie slouží jako předběžná a průzkumná kompilace odborných textů zaměřených na možnosti využití umělé inteligence v různých oblastech managementu, včetně vzdělávání. Aplikace se podnikovém managementu ve vzdělávání dynamickém digitálním věku celosvětově značně rozšířila zvýšila. Abstract The rapid proliferation and integration of AI chatbots in office environments, specifically the advanced model ChatGPT, prompts an examination how its features updates impact knowledge processes, satisfaction, word-of-mouth (WOM) among workers. This study investigates determinants WOM workers who are users ChatGPT. We adopted a quantitative approach, utilizing stratified random sampling technique to collect data from diverse group experienced using hypotheses were rigorously tested through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) SmartPLS 4. results revealed that system updates, memorability, non-language barrier attributes ChatGPT significantly enhanced acquisition application. Additionally, human-like personality traits increased both utilitarian value satisfaction. Furthermore, showed application led significant increase which subsequently WOM. This study investigates the impact of Knowledge Management (KM) practices, enhanced by smart technologies, on organizational performance within public pharmaceutical organizations in Cairo Governorate, Egypt. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, targeted employees from five companies including Memphis Pharmaceuticals, Arab Nile and EIPICO. These were selected based their listing accessible workforce data. Respondents included administrative technical staff, ensuring representative sample sector. The size 372 was calculated using 95% confidence level 5% margin error, proportionally distributed across roles. results reveal that KM practices significantly enhance operational efficiency foster innovation, with quantitative evidence showing positively influences (β = 0.42, p < 0.01) innovation 0.35, 0.05). analysis also indicates strategic leadership plays moderating role relationship between performance. Specifically, moderation effect strengthens (interaction term: β 0.18, 0.05) 0.21, findings underscore critical aligning goals, highlighting potential for to achieve higher innovation.
