Abstract The fabrication of polymer nanocomposites with specialized traits is gaining popularity across the world due to novel added qualities. In this work we used a flash auto-combustion method prepare Mn 0.5 Fe 1.5 Mg Ni O 4 nanoparticles and casting /PVA nanocomposite films doping various from 1–5 wt.%. effect addition on structural, optical, dielectric characteristics was analyzed. structural properties were studied using x-ray diffraction pattern, high resolution transmission electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared, field emission scanning microscope. effects ac conductivity, electric modulus, impedance, constant investigated. It shows that have higher values permittivity conductivity than PVA exhibit lower loss, impedance. optical showed indirect decreased 4.8 4.4 eV. According experimental results, these show promise for laser CUT-OFF filters energy storage devices.

Abstract In the present work, sol–gel‐synthesized titanium oxide nanoparticles (TiO 2 NPs) were added to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) create polymer nanocomposites (PNCs) samples. The preparation was carried out via solution casting method. synthesized TiO NPs have a tetragonal anatase phase an average grain size of 15.7 nm. XRD analysis reveals that NPs' addition PVC/PMMA causes decrease in crystallinity PNCs films. Infrared Fourier demonstrated interplay/complexity between blend NPs. UV/visible spectrum showed two absorbance peaks at 278 208 nm, which may result from n → π* π transitions. Also, optical bandgaps for indirect direct allowed transitions decreased with increasing concentration. samples' AC electrical conductivity dielectric properties measured room temperature. As content nanocomposite rises, percolating network begins emerge inside composite, demonstrating obeys Jonscher's law. Additionally, it has been nanoparticle concentration leads higher composite loss constant. These findings suggest possibility using prepared capacitive energy storage optoelectronic devices. Herein, nanocomposite polymer electrolyte films were prepared from the blend of two polymers, polyethylene oxide (PEO) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), stuffed with various contents gold quantum dots (AuQDs) copper nanoparticles (CuNPs) as hybrid nanofiller via solution casting method. AuQDs using laser ablation in liquid (LAL). TEM images showed that average size is nearly 6.21 nm a spherical shape. The effects nano-filler (AuQDs CuNPs) on PEO/CMC structural, optical, electrical/dielectric characteristics have been investigated discussed. XRD results revealed crystallinity degree samples decreased increasing AuQDs/CuNPs content. Also, UV–Vis spectroscopy analysis uncovered optical energy gap reduced nanofillers' content increased. At room temperature, electrical impedance (EIS) measurements loading increases films' conductivity. In dielectric properties, space charges polarization higher values, where constant (ε′) increased at lower frequency regions. Nyquist diagram semicircular shape frequencies part linear decreasing radius; equivalent circuit models could be best fit. These suggest these candidates for capacitors flexible storage devices.
