Abstract In this work, Sr 0.8 Ce 0.1 TiO 3 (SCT) was doped into BiFeO –BaTiO (BF–BT) to form a ternary solid solution with relaxor ferroelectric characteristics. Constricted P – E loops were observed due the composition‐induced phase transition, and significant grain size reduction in SCT‐doped ceramics. The elongated hysteresis revealed that system had good energy storage BF–BT–0.4SCT ceramics possessed maximum recoverable ( W rec ) of 1.94 J/cm efficiency η 76.1 % under an electric field 190 kV/cm. More importantly, ceramic exhibited excellent fatigue endurance ∆W < 1.1%, after 10 cycles) 100 kV/cm, superior most previous works. At same time, also showed high frequency stability, fast discharge rate t 0.9 .05 µs). addition, considerable charging–discharging performance relatively current density (127 A/cm 2 power (5.8 MW/cm ). Therefore, work helps broaden development BF‐based other lead‐free for applications.
