Here we attempt to clarify a faunistic composition of branchiopods from southern Tajikistan and the part Tajik Pamir Plateau (Central Asia) based on samples collected June 24 July 6, 2023. In total, 19 species were identified plain West South Tajikistan, 27 recorded in Pamir. Five taxa newly for territory Tajikistan: Chirocephalus cf. bobrinskii (Alcock, 1898), Ceriodaphnia dubia Richard, 1894 s. lat., C. megops Sars, 1862, Ilyocryptus spinifer Herrick, 1882, Anthalona harti Van Damme, Sinev & Dumont, 2011. The previous identifications corrected four more taxa. Morphological traits taxonomic position several discussed detail, namely two abovementioned anostracan taxa, Eulimnadia behningi Smirnov, 1949 (Spinicaudata), Coronatella rectangula (Sars, 1861) (Anomopoda). Artemia, also known as brine shrimp, are important organisms in the aquaculture industry due to their ability adapt high salinity environments and nutritional value, making them suitable live food for various aquatic species. Our research is focused on two distinct species of Artemia franciscana parthenogenetica from geographical regions. Because current demand, preferred choice small-sized feed larvae.
