Myopia control interventions, such as defocus incorporated multiple segments (DIMS) spectacle lenses, have been adopted in school-aged children to reduce the prevalence of myopia and its complications. Based on optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA), we investigate the effects of posterior scleral reinforcement surgery fundus structure and function in patients with high myopia. Retrospective clinical study. Forty cases (41eyes) myopia who underwent at Chengdu University Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Silver Eye Hospital from January 2022 to 2025 were selected. Follow-up periods included postoperative 3 months, 6 1 year. Key indicators before after compared, including best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), axial length (AL), spherical equivalent (SE), retinal thickness (RT), choroidal (CT), Superficial capillary plexus density (SCP), deep (DCP), vascularity index (CVI), stromal (CSI). The study 40 (41 eyes), comprising 9 male (9 eyes) 31 female (32 a mean age 42.05 ± 18.71 years.At last follow-up, showed significantly shortened AL (P<0.001), improved BCVA (P<0.05), increased CT (P<0.05).SCP also exhibited significant increases (P<0.05). Aim: Myopia is a common chronic eye disease, this study to investigate the effects of exogenous retinoic acid (RA) on intraocular parameters, especially choroidal thickness (CT) and retinal (RT), in guinea pigs with form deprivation myopia (FDM). Methods: A total 80 male were divided randomly into 4 groups: Control, FDM, FDM + RA, Citral groups. The RA group was given 24 mg/kg dissolved 0.4 mL peanut oil; citral 445 other two groups oil.
