ABSTRACT
Periodontitis
(PDS)
is
one
of
the
most
common
and
crippling
systemic
diseases.
It
a
chronic
inflammatory
condition
that
leads
to
loss
periodontal
attachment,
resulting
in
tooth
loss.
In
addition
its
effects
on
oral
health
nutrition,
PDS
closely
linked
other
conditions
such
as
diabetes
mellitus
(DM),
cardiovascular
diseases
(CVD),
rheumatoid
arthritis
(RA).
The
active
role
inflammation
oxidation
health,
well
their
relationship
with
therapy,
has
been
investigated.
This
review
explores
evidence
how
therapy

lifestyle
can
help
reduce
inflammation,
