Background and Objectives: Anxiety is widely recognized as a common mental health issue. Extensive research highlights the benefits of adopting healthier lifestyle habits in improving both physical wellbeing. This study aims to assess levels anxiety activity, if associations exist, among population Saudi Arabia. Materials Methods: The included sample 244 participants, who responded an online survey containing demographic information, Arabic versions General Disorder-7 (GAD-7), Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) assessment tools. Results: participants had median age 31 years most them were females (64.7%). Almost three quarters received higher education (73.5%) nonsmokers (94.1%). Assessing their activity levels, moderate or low-intensity activities, particularly walking cycling, common.
