Nevertheless, the existing research on UAV path planning lacks to simultaneously consider energy consumption constraints, customer time windows, impacts of wind speed and direction. This omission renders models inappropriate real-world transportation systems. Besides, UAVs still constrained by limited payload battery due highly automatic delivery process. Consequently, we investigate effect direction flight states, establishes pertinent parameters resolution methods impacted conditions, delves into issue that concurrently considers impact conditions. To resolve proposed trajectory optimization issue, large-scale neighborhood search algorithm (LNS) is amalgamated with genetic (GA), forming GA-LNS, address static problem, while dynamic concepts employed in decoding process GA-LNS solve problem. Simulation results demonstrate devised algorithms yield superior solutions within a plausible timeframe, reducing distribution costs approximately 9% comparison conventional GA.
