The digitization of economic processes is advancing across all sectors, contributing to the development Industry 5.0. A key element this fifth industrial revolution activation robotic activity. Recently, advancements in autonomous transport have been implemented practice. However, both practical application unmanned vehicles and scientific developments field shown low efficiency implementation projects for transportation goods passengers. This inefficiency stems from insufficient attention accounting management aspects operations. novelty study lies improving practices context digitalization, specifically by addressing fundamental transformations caused use vehicles. organizational factors influencing operations include type transported objects, fuel energy resource consumption, human involvement, capacity number (or passengers) at one time, continuous operation, maintainability, software update capabilities, interaction with other means, communication information sharing customers services. method digitizing costs, personnel wages, social activity deductions, depreciation, operational costs related functioning has developed. leverages IoT data considers prerequisites mentioned. two-dimensional calculation units, such as "kilogramkilometre" "passenger-kilometre" digitalization cost calculations passenger cargo via proposed.
