The scientific research information system plays an essential role in improving management efficiency and promoting technological innovation universities. With the increasing computational demand for human-centric management, blockchain technology, with distributed storage, consensus sharing, security traceability, has efficiently assisted dealing various issues such as big-data scale, security, interconnection, rapid response, private security. A novel framework based on intelligent technology is proposed to promote university research’s level efficiency. Moreover, four smart data contracts, including collection, verification, supervision, are custom-designed under efficient system. Those contracts provide reliable traceability algorithms guarantee practical application of results show that constructed can relieve centralized storage pressure solve cross-subject sharing obstacle massive safety among different systems. Tea polyphenols, amino acids, soluble sugars, and other ingredients in fresh tea leaves are the key parameters of quality. In this research, a leaf ingredient estimation sensor was developed based on multi-channel spectral sensor. The experiment showed that device could effectively acquire 700–1000 nm data tree display samples real time through visual interactive interface. Fuding white acquired by detection were used to build an content prediction model ridge regression random forest algorithm. As result, algorithm with better performance loaded into device. Verification root mean square error (RMSE) determination coefficient (R2) were, respectively, as follows: moisture (1.61 0.35), free acid (0.16 0.79), polyphenol (1.35 0.28), sugar (0.14 0.33), nitrogen (1.15 0.91), chlorophyll (0.02 0.97). can predict some high accuracy (nitrogen, chlorophyll, acid) but them lower (moisture, polyphenol, sugar) R2 values. realize rapid non-destructive affecting quality, which is conducive real-time monitoring current quality leaves, evaluating status during growth, improving production. application research will be helpful for automatic management plantations.

Multivariate time-series forecasting is one of the crucial and persistent challenges in tasks. As a kind data with multivariate correlation volatility, time series impose highly nonlinear characteristics on model. In this paper, new model, temporal convolutional attention network (MTCAN), based self-attentive mechanism proposed. MTCAN Convolution Neural Network (CNN) using 1D dilated convolution as basic unit to construct asymmetric blocks, then, feature extraction performed by self-attention finally obtain prediction results. The input output lengths can be determined flexibly. validation method carried out three different datasets. reliability accuracy results are compared Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), Convolutional (ConvLSTM), Temporal (TCN). show that model proposed paper has significantly improved generalization.
