Citizen science resources have had great relevance in community educational intervention, fostering interest ecological research projects. This study explores the social representations of climate change among schoolchildren in an Andean community northern Chile, using ethnographic approach. Through drawings and explanations, students expressed their perspectives, revealing actionable that highlight agency within natural environment. Contrary to traditional views scientific education, findings underscore importance integrating local knowledge address environmental risks. The involved 11 schoolchildren, aged 7–14, from a highly vulnerable rural school Caspana, where multi-grade education is common. Data were collected through creative activities, written group interviews, then analyzed qualitatively semantic triangulation. results demonstrate children perceive themselves as mediators between urban worlds, capable balancing cultural challenges. research emphasizes need for value knowledge, fostering sustainability preserving individuals yet environmentally significant regions.

Por meio de uma revisão literatura exploratória, este artigo discute a necessidade promover hábitos sustentáveis transporte nas escolas, dada crescente degradação ambiental e as altas emissões carbono pelo setor transportes. Embora existam várias estratégias para o sustentável, eficácia dessas intervenções depende mudanças comportamentais. As discussões são pautadas buscas realizadas, em análise bibliométrica outra narrativas. inserem no âmbito brasileiro os conceitos “educação sobre sustentável” desenvolvimento sustentável - EDS”. Com relação à temática, destaca: periódicos adequados publicação estudos futuros; caráter multidisciplinar; escassez estudos. A narrativas sugere três hipóteses futuros estudos: entre menor conscientização infantil países desenvolvidos; impacto positivo base sólida currículo escolar; insuficiência das práticas educacionais atuais escolas brasileiras. Contudo, oferece insights que promovam desde infância.
