Background : The Italian university system is actively revising the Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) curriculum to reflect post-COVID healthcare needs and a greater clinical focus. Understanding challenges opportunities faced by pharmacists that relocated Great Britain (GB) might provide valuable insights regarding transferability knowledge skills obtained in pharmacy degree. Aim study aimed capture perceptions practising GB degree programme explore they face their new professional environment, ultimately inform government related stakeholders (Ministry University Research, MUR) about need update MPharm make it more clinically relevant aligned with international standards. Materials methods authors developed 50-item survey, pilot tested reviewed for content validity an expert panel. Participants’ characteristics, reasons moving GB, data on experience as pharmacist Italy were collected using Likert-type items open- closed-ended questions. Convenience sampling was used, sample power calculation not deemed necessary. Statistical analysis involved descriptive presenting frequencies percentages categorical items. Results An estimated 281 qualified are registered General Pharmaceutical Council GB. Of these, 54 took part resulting probable coverage population 19.2%. Respondents pointed lack job satisfaction limited future perspectives main leave (38.9% 83.3%, respectively). Other relocate focused better salaries (68.5% 79.6%, Notably, almost two-thirds participants affirmed degrees insufficient meet requirements Conclusion Different approaches teaching practical aspects seen programmes highlight clear aligning modern profession. Additionally, this alignment would facilitate movement into beyond.

Abstract Aim This study aimed to evaluate the influence of virtual reality (VR) haptic simulators on manual dexterity, self‐confidence and stress levels 3rd‐semester dental students during preclinical endodontic training, as well determine optimal timing for their introduction into curriculum—before or after training with artificial teeth. Methodology Forty volunteered enrolled in were randomly divided two groups. Group 1 (VR Haptic Simulator group, n = 20) completed four sessions VR simulators, including three followed by an evaluation session, before practicing teeth, whilst 2 (Control performed a single attempt teeth first identical simulator period 1. Prior sessions, both groups received standardized lectures demonstrations access cavity preparation. Pre‐ post‐training evaluations included measured via visual analog scale (VAS) at different phases, assessment dexterity through performance scores, surveys. Statistical analyses conducted significance set p < .05. Results demonstrated significantly higher scores self‐assessed proficiency compared ( .05). Stress levels, VAS, notably reduced following practice groups, reporting lower anxiety Simulator‐based metrics comparable between > Self‐confidence surveys indicated that felt better prepared more confident performing preparations managing procedural challenges. Conclusion The integration has positive effect students' along increased clinical skills. Further research is needed explore long‐term effects strategies curricula.
