The study examined teachers’ development and secondary school effectiveness in Ekiti State, Nigeria. sought to establish the relationship between training State. Descriptive research design of survey type was adopted study. population comprised all teaching staff (teachers principals) numbered 5,908 public schools total number State 202. sample made up 240 teachers 24 principals selected from each three senatorial districts Multistage sampling procedures which involved simple random stratified techniques were used select instruments tagged Teachers’ Development Training Questionnaire (TDTQ) Secondary School Effectiveness (SSEQ) collect data. validated found reliable with reliability coefficient 0.84 0.86 respectively. statistics frequency counts, percentages scores, mean standard deviation answer questions Pearson’s Moment Correlation test hypothesis at 0.05 level significance. findings revealed that there is a significant Based on conclusions study, it recommended regular relevant programmes should be organized for order ensure continuous quality education delivery effectiveness.

Introduction Obesity in adolescents is associated with reduced physical activity and athletic engagement, highlighting the need for tailored education programs. This study evaluated effects of a 7-week adapted basketball program on performance engagement students obesity. Methods Sixty-two obesity (23 boys, 39 girls, aged 15-17) were randomly assigned to an experimental group (EG, n = 30; 11 19 girls) participating sessions or control (CG, 32; 12 20 attending standard lessons. Both groups completed 52-minute twice weekly. Pre- post-intervention assessments included questionnaire evaluating perceptions during final matches. Results The EG showed significant improvements interest, motivation ( p < 0.05), perceived competence 0.001), exercise difficulty 0.001). Ethiopia’s education system has undergone numerous reforms to produce competent citizens capable of tackling real-world challenges. This study investigates the effects a designed problem-solving method with metacognitive scaffolding in enhancing students’ academic motivation and achievement. The employed design-based research mixed-methods research, integrating quantitative qualitative approaches for data collection analysis. findings indicate that significantly improved learn their achievements, suggesting need further on its integration into secondary biology education.

Araştırma, nicel modelinde tasarlanmış olup ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini İstanbul’un Esenyurt ilçesinde 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında görev yapan 406 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kişisel bilgi formu araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulmuştur. Gül geliştirilen “Yönetim Etkililiği” ölçeği Günal “Okul etkililiği” ölçekleri Verilerin analizi için, frekans, standart sapma korelasyon basit doğrusal regresyon analizleri Ulaşılan sonuçlara süreçlerine yönelik algıları yüksek düzeyde çıkmıştır. Öğretmenlerin etkililiğine Yönetim pozitif yönlü, anlamlı ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. etkililiği, etkililiğin yordayıcısı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
