Abstract The countryside contains rich tourism resources and business opportunities due to its beautiful natural scenery unique humanistic environment. purpose of this paper is create an innovative path for rural e-commerce development by designing mobile service platform. F-PBFT algorithm, hybrid collaborative filtering panoramic VR technology are comprehensively applied provide technical support platform design. Combining the analysis tourists, tourist attractions, other objects, designs completes a containing variety functions. Exploring application case Battle Flag Village, net profit margin sales in Village after can reach up 47.84%, with year-on-year increase 18.88%. At same time, has attracted attention large number tourists application, search volume on reaches 241,968.33 during peak hours tour, which significantly enhances popularity effectively promotes Village.
