This paper explores the application of knowledge graphs in reform and exploration Python programming education, using a case study from Nanfang College Guangzhou. The investigates impact on student learning outcomes course, comparing an experimental group (EG) that utilized interactive graph-based tool with control (CG) followed traditional teaching methods. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, combining quantitative assessments (pre- post-course quiz, final exams, practical coding assignments) qualitative feedback students through surveys. results reveal EG outperformed CG all assessment categories, showing significant increase quiz scores, exam performance, assignments. Specifically, demonstrated 13% improvement 15% 18% assignments compared to CG. Statistical analysis confirmed significance these differences, p-values below 0.05 for measures. Qualitative also highlighted effectiveness enhancing understanding abstract concepts, improving problem-solving skills, boosting confidence applying real-world problems. These findings suggest can serve as powerful offering visual method comprehend complex relationships between concepts. highlights potential integrating KGs into computer science curricula foster deeper learning, reduce cognitive load, improve outcomes. Further research is recommended explore long-term education their applicability across different languages educational contexts.

Abstract This study proposes automated knowledge graph-driven English teaching resources construction for the current problems in colleges and universities. The article uses Scrapy to collect data from network, then filters out complete usable after cleaning data. After that, a combination of “top-down” “bottom-up” methods is used construct graph resources. In order improve level intelligent digital development resources, four practical application paths are pointed out. scale test independent sample t-test evaluate effect map. Based on P-value practice evaluation indexes, it can be seen that there significant positive correlation between values indexes (knowledge skills P=0.047, learning attitudes P=0.033, P=0.021) before intervention experimental group, while opposite control which indicates integrating mapping more conducive innovative teaching.

Abstract After years of developing English education in colleges and universities, its ecology is urgently need optimization innovation today’s rapidly changing environment. This paper introduces the knowledge graph into study learning content collects data on extracts effective from complicated related information after constructing ontology diagram manually. Then, a graphical database used to store them. Create entity-relationship joint extraction model, head entity recognition module, relationship tail module. correctly extract relationships build for college university content. Conduct similarity matrix analysis cluster high-frequency keywords at universities propose corresponding suggestions. Among vocabulary has highest frequency occurrence, which 86 times. The top 6 with are: vocabulary, CET-4, comprehension, CET-6, expression, order. are ranked descending order closeness distance: grammar (0.326) > CET-4 (0.285) CET-6 (0.217) comprehension (0.134) expression (0.096). can be clustered 3 categories (English application skills, fundamentals, specific content).
