The significance of the quality issue in Industry 4.0 increases due to dynamically changing economy. Not only selected workers who form department must be aware this fact, but each member staff as well. A considerable portion responsibility concerning proper preparation field relies on education system that should help graduates develop a pro-quality attitude. In order fulfill aim, schools use number tools, including, among others, ISO 9001 management system—one elements introduced by author’s model factors influencing development students’ subject article is determine impact implemented attitude—an allows us, one hand, ensure higher level and, other it an element smart learning. For needs performed research, author has collected secondary data from literature analysis, well primary surveys 1294 people. research results deserve attention people manage improve attitudes towards and itself more effectively. They are also important for enterprises, which can positively influence young people’s (future participants labor market based 4.0) through cooperation with schools. proved hypothesis according implementation not sufficient effective attitudes.
