Grey systems theory, through the special mathematics and methods offered, such as seeing numbers intervals rather than fixed values, provides a bridge between two extreme cases in which system under investigation might find, namely, white system, easy to read understand, black completely unknown investigator. Since its appearance 1982, theory has contributed solving various challenges traditionally addressed complex means. The paper comprehensive perspective on evolution of grey domain over 42-year period analysed, spanning from 1982 2024. Utilizing dataset extracted Clarivate Analytics’ Web Science Core Collection database, conducts bibliometric analysis that includes identification key journals, affiliations, authors, countries, well collaboration networks among authors countries. It also analyses most frequently used keywords authors’ keywords. annual growth rate 12.99% indicates sustained interest researchers. Using Biblioshiny 4.2.3 library R version 4.4.1, variety visualisations have been created, including thematic maps WordClouds. A detailed review cited papers performed highlight role advancing intelligent decision-making techniques. In terms results, it observed university with highest contribution field is Nanjing University Aeronautics Astronautics while influential figure area number published Sifeng Liu. As expected, China, home country notable international networks.

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are a relatively new educational model that provides free access to content regardless of location or time. Despite these benefits, MOOCs encounter significant challenges, such as low completion rates, high dropout and inconsistent participant comprehension, often due the absence simulations practical activities. Incorporating sustainable education principles into could bring benefits long-term effectiveness learning process, ensuring conscious practices. To address issue MOOC rates assess scientific interest in this area, bibliometric analysis was conducted on dataset 193 papers sourced from ISI Web Science database, spanning 2013 2023. Papers were selected based relevant keywords for study. The highlights key academic institutions, leading authors, publication trends within field. It reveals strong growing with an annual growth rate 40.04%. Research identified by analyzing n-grams keywords, titles, abstracts, plus, supplemented detailed review most cited globally. A collaborative network performed explore author collaborations, their global distribution, institutional affiliations, research objectives, study directions. findings show increasing focus understanding factors contributing developing strategies issues.
