The objective of this research paper is to apply a mathematical model estimate and predict the economic growth Caspian countries in period from 1995 2022. We use multiple regression by applying OLS method impact global oil price, energy resource production per capita, trade, renewable on GDP capita. approach uses fixed random effects models assess overall independent variables region over analysed. This study also aims investigate whether explanatory are cointegrated long run; as such, we carry out several cointegration tests, namely Pedroni Johansen tests. analysis completed estimation short- long-run parameters using stochastic VAR/VEC models, impulse response function, causality test region. study’s main finding that capita increasingly influenced its previous values, which confirmed considering lag 1 2. results Granger tests identify bidirectional relationships between gas production. These clearly positive evidence trend progress activity practical implications aim promote support sources. In sense, policymakers should create favourable conditions for transition green economy. An important aspect efforts government authorities make their policies more environmentally friendly, decarbonisation good practice current context sustainability related choices. As heavily dependent conventional production, it essential them increase export earnings resources via diversifying strengthening new opportunities partnerships.

The study investigates impact of energy consumption on environmental degradation at aggregated and disaggregated levels. In this context, the considers carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions as proxy degradation, focuses United States America (USA) biggest economy highest second carbon-emitting country. Moreover, uses monthly data between 1989 January 2021 September performs nonlinear approaches Wavelet Coherence (WC), Granger Causality-in-Quantiles (GCQ), Quantile-on-Quantile Regression (QQR). Besides, Quantile (QR) is used for robustness checks QQR. results show that (i) has an important CO2 in short, medium long term, while changes according to times frequencies; (ii) causal effect exists almost all quantiles excluding some lower (0.05, 0.25), middle (0.65, 0.70, 0.75, 0.80) higher (0.95) quantiles, whereas indicator-based change a bit; (iii) QR confirm QQR are robust; (iv) overall, effects indicators times, frequencies, aggregated/disaggregated Hence, empirical outcomes underline significance renewable improving quality through limiting imply USA policymakers should focus efforts decreasing fossil sources increasing conversion systems limit considering changing impacts various

This paper analyses the nexus between renewable and non-renewable energy consumption, financial development, Information Communication Technology (ICT) diffusion economic growth, in MENA countries, over period 1980–2018. We use novel Cross-Section augmented Autoregressive Distributed Lag (CS-ARDL) estimation technique which accounts for cross-sectional dependence cross-country heterogeneity issues. find a positive impact of on but negative effect development growth. also statistically significant influence ICT Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Renewable can be considered important determinants improved activity, job creation better environmental quality. Pairwise Dumitrescu-Hurlin panel causality tests were used to examine causal relations among variables. The findings this study have considerable policy implications selected countries.
