Growing population and limited energy resources have impacted consumption. Limited fossil fuel increased pollution threaten national human societies. These elements emphasize sources. Renewable use affects growth. All new sources, including renewables, are crucial for global economic Economic environmental issues led to approaches in international law, the green economy. This study employs structural vector auto-regression (SVAR) compare effects outcomes of increasing renewable context growth greenhouse gas emissions middle income countries (MICs) high (HICs). The results show that these indicators demonstrate production from sources has positive short-term long-term with varying contributions. However, energies a greater impact on economy selected MICs than HICs. Therefore, promotion macroeconomic is viewed as one reasons development policies increase countries.

Purpose This empirical research intends to examine factors influencing the adoption of renewable energy (RE) using a conceptual model consumer decision-making process. Design/methodology/approach study uses primary response-based survey collect data from 668 respondents interested in adopting RE for their daily usage. The sample were chosen through multi-stage random stratified technique. responses analyzed structural equation-based modeling techniques discuss findings and suggest further implications. Findings that like knowledge, policy incentives, sustainable development goals (SDGs-7, 11 13), socio-economic benefits risk perception significantly impact RE. Besides, mediates between environmental concerns Also, age has significant role adoption. Social implications finds critical government introducing financial incentives reduce initial cost Doing so will also promote clean equitable access society leading fulfillment SDGs. Additionally, steps knowledge enrichment, designing suitable policies manufacturer public-friendly market facilitate society. Originality/value With an objective public attitude towards adoption, this is first its kind carry out real-time Indian population which would benefit all concerned stakeholders.
