Photovoltaic (PV) technology, as a low-carbon energy is crucial to mitigating climate change and achieving sustainable development. China has the largest total number of PV technology patents in world, but lack core technologies restricted further innovative development China's industry. Therefore, it necessary clarify current accumulation better catch up with key areas. To clearly describe structural characteristics innovation network, this study uses patent data over past 20 years from Incopat global database analyses network perspectives one-mode two-mode networks, using method social analysis (SNA). The results show that 1) leading enterprises have basically formed relatively stable internal collaborations scale expanded rapidly, very strong stamina; 2) industry, many techniques been developed by field research (R&D) among applicants collaboration, kinship collaboration investment relationships dominant; 3) provinces participating are increasing significantly, more influenced nodes, eastern coastal pioneers R&D technology; 4) technological between cities changed local cross-regional high-value areas concentrated region China, scattered spatial characteristics, presents "triangular" structure, Yangtze River Delta, Pearl Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cores. conclusions can provide information support for scientific on conservation emission reduction achieve goals, also reference policy formulation renewable green strategies.

The paper aims at checking nature impact digital technology development on reduction for EU countries 2013–2020. study applies following methods: entropy methods, panel‐corrected standard error, feasible generalized least squares. index enabled classification all into two distinct groups: High Technology Development Moderate/Lower Development. findings confirm that a significant decreasing emissions. In first stage, growth causes faster decrease However, beyond certain threshold, further improvement results diminishing marginal benefits CO2 reduction. Thus, government should catalyze extension technologies among sectors levels. addition, it requires enhancing literacy society local authorities.

Identification involves an integral convolution dynamic weighting coefficients formalized limits safe existence. A new methodology used for strategizing, which, unlike classical forecasting methods (the past determines future), uses principle "the future determined by into future" based on method adaptive regulation theory. According defined methodology, three recovery were developed annual rates growth real aviation transport: realistic – 4.5%; optimistic 7.2% scenario entering optimal zone EU countries 10.4%. resulting dynamics components, macro is, fact, plan economy path development.
