A microgrid can be defined as a grid of interconnected distributed energy resources, loads and storage systems. Detecting and isolating power grid faults quickly efficiently ensures a constant flow. The lack of speed accuracy in conventional approaches to fault management highlights the importance creating smart decision model. suggested approach uses topology analysis better localize isolate faults, reducing downtime boosting performance. Real-time detection, precise location identification, choosing best isolation schemes are all difficulties management. Furthermore, significant issues need innovative solutions, such as managing grid's complexity, responding changing load conditions guaranteeing cyber security. present research unveils new combining Intelligent Decision Model integrated with Supervisory Control Data Acquisition system (SC-DAS). Here, decision-making, control, monitoring made possible by SC-DAS system, which mediates between intelligent model physical grid. In SC-DAS, Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) used for real-time electrical properties, collected using SCADA (Supervisory Acquisition) systems. Timely and accurate fault location in active distribution networks is of vital importance to ensure the reliability power grid operation. However, existing intelligent algorithms applied possess slow convergence speed low accuracy, hindering construction new systems. In this paper, a regional localization method based on an improved northern goshawk search algorithm proposed. The population quality samples was by using chaotic initialization strategy.
