Globally, organizational espousal of green and sustainable operations has been critically facilitated by human resource management (GHRM) initiatives, especially in the tourism hospitality sector. This research is an effort to examine nuances employees' responses GHRM contribute this field examining how narcissism, individual trait boundary condition, influences GHRM's relationship with (voluntary task-related practices) non-green outcomes (task performance job satisfaction). Our hypotheses, grounded social identity activation theories, were tested data obtained through a time-lagged two-wave survey 219 UK-based hotel employees via Prolific Academic platform. Analysis revealed significant associations between all employee outcomes. Narcissism was shown have moderating effect on both performance) behaviors. results imply important understandings for advancement theoretical knowledge practical implementation GHRM.

The cement-based mixture market or dry mix for the ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System) is a highly competitive and it becoming increasingly difficult to comply with European sustainability specifications such as development of products lower carbon footprint, lighter less energy-intensive materials, environmental impacts, option recycling, etc. This plays important role in construction sector, not only technical solutions green innovation offers but also aesthetic aspects. Since 2005, this has been growing by more than 20% per year, which makes attractive better opportunities. However, increase reduced crisis 2007–2008 pandemic recent years. use cement type CEM II, 42.5R, B-LL, together modified RDP ratio, visibly improved properties thermal insulation system through adhesion EPS boards, modulus elasticity, wear resistance, flexibility, impact resistance. Our research results are above minimum values agreed standards; addition, product its formulation 30% footprint compared any other adhesive applied systems; therefore, we talking about sustainable clean product, suitable rehabilitations ecological constructions adjusted policies reduction.
