Kajian ini memfokus kepada reka bentuk mangkin dwilogam NiCo tersokong atas permukaan pasir pantai terawat HCl (P-HCl) untuk tindak balas penyahoksigenan minyak masak terpakai bagi menghasilkan hidrokarbon cecair gasolin, diesel dan bahan api jet. Mangkin berkandungan Ni (10 %bt.) Co disediakan melalui kaedah pengisitepuan NiCo/P-HCl. Po, P-HCl NiCo/P-HCl telah dilakukan pencirian fizikal aktiviti pemangkinan diuji penyahoksigenan. Prestasi dinilai dari segi peratusan hasil kepilihan mengikut julat karbon gasolin (C8-C11), (C11-C17) jet (C8-C16). Perawatan bertindak dengan logam oksida yang mempunyai keelektropositifan lebih tinggi (Al2O3 Fe2O3), seterusnya menyebabkan pengurangan komposisi tersebut, masing-masing sebanyak 10.0% 12.5%. Pengurangan mempengaruhi keporosan penyokong dirawat. Setelah pemuatan Co, berstruktur mesoliang (5.9 nm) terhasil peningkatan luas (22.5 m2/g) isi padu liang (0.032 cm3/g). berjaya menukarkan 71%, keutamaan produk iaitu (86%), (83%) (17%). Penukaran keterbaharuan bakal memberikan nilai tambah menyokong inisiatif teknologi hijau serta kitaran ekonomi mampan.

Vegetable oils (VO) can provide sustainable feedstock to substitute chemicals currently obtained from petrol. VO are majorly composed of saturated or unsaturated fatty acids with 18 carbon atoms (C18), free esterifying glycerol. The monounsaturated C18 acid (C18:1, oleic acid) is industrial interest. Heterogeneous catalytic selective hydrogenation studied maximize the fraction C18:1 in VO. current work investigates modelling point view, examining relation between deterministic models (based on classical ordinary differential equations) and stochastic (implemented by dedicated algorithms). investigation starts experimental data canola oil treated H2 presence commercial Lindlar catalyst. Fuels should behave appropriately in all sections of the engine system: engine, fuel delivery system, and tank. Fuel quality can be linked to following three crucial areas: performance, fitness for current use, stability. Classical methods diesel examination mostly rely on absolute value measurement one specific parameter while stabilizing outside conditions. In contrast, multiparametric depend simultaneously measuring a set parameters. Therefore, open possibility intriguing new examinations classifications raising issues relating instrumentation construction sensing devices. This paper presents review, based published literature authors’ research, state-of-the-art rapid classification related instrumentation, systematizing various types from point view principles their operation. Renewable Diesel Production over Mo-Ni Catalysts Supported on Silica DOI Open Access

Nickel catalysts promoted with Mo and supported on silica were studied for renewable diesel production from triglyceride biomass, through the selective deoxygenation process. The prepared by wet co-impregnation of SiO2 different Ni/(Ni + Mo) atomic ratios (0/0.84/0.91/0.95/0.98/1) a total metal content equal to 50%. They characterized XRD, XPS, N2 physisorption, H2-TPR, NH3-TPD. Evaluation transformation sunflower oil (green) took place in high-pressure semi-batch reactor, under solvent-free conditions. A very small addition Mo, namely synergistic ratio 0.95, proved be optimum one significant enhancement catalytic performance metallic Ni/SiO2 catalyst, achieving 98 wt.% production. This promoting action has been attributed increase Ni active phase surface area, suitable regulation acidity, acceleration hydro-deoxygenation pathway (HDO), creation oxygen vacancies, diminution coke formation provoked addition.
