This study develops three new machine learning-based algorithms using the SVR prediction approach. The overall objective is to enhance performance of PV shunt active power filter (PV-SAPF) in order successfully fulfil its multi-functionality terms generation along with quality upgrades. first technique, named "SVR-INC MPPT", incorporates an ML-based duty cycle function, which intended speed up MPP finding process. algorithm then switches INC approach, guaranteeing accurate steady-state response. second and third techniques are Adaline for DC voltage regulation, SRF strategy reference currents generation. adopted approaches based on two weights performing actions proportional integral controller, nine fundamental currant extraction. advantage lies overcoming Adaline-based algorithm's limitations, requiring on-line large number iterations. Three simulation scenarios six controllers classical intelligent techniques, prove effectiveness proposed ML-controllers. results display (i) immediate harmonics identification (minimizing extraction error by 99% compared approach). (ii) a response time reduction range from 65% 100%, output controller PI-based one. (iii) THD 2.41% 4.45%. (iv) 20ms 0% overshoot, respectively (v) overshoot 0.04% 1.1%.
