The development of biofuel technologies depends on the accurate identification and quantification products from conversion processes. Given complexity renewable resources, availability biomass, versatility methods, there is a need for characterization methods that provide rapid reliable analysis various coming different processes with minimal sample preparation. This study develops validates gas chromatography use multiple detectors to analyze pyrolytic compounds in both liquid phases efficiently single, run. For products, flame ionization thermal conductivity were used organic inorganic gases, volume mass concentrations showing <1 % error between calculated referenced values. A method analyzing product containing hydrocarbons fatty acids was developed without derivatization, using simultaneous spectrometer detector quantification. Validation against established demonstrated comparable results, utilizing less time. While dual feature provides simple analytical tool pyrolysis these are also adaptable non-simultaneous instrument setups broadly applicable any general oxygenates, making them useful improving production technologies.
