This study investigates the synergy between green procurement and logistics within context of sustainable supply chain management. The objective is to explore how integrating these two elements can enhance environmental performance operational efficiency. A narrative review methodology was employed, synthesizing literature from peer-reviewed databases such as Scopus Web Science. results highlight significant role digital technologies reverse in fostering procurement-logistics integration. Organizational leadership, technological capacity, interdepartmental collaboration emerged key enablers, while structural barriers insufficient infrastructure were identified major obstacles. emphasizes need for supportive policy frameworks data-driven interventions promote adoption integrated practices. It also calls further research into long-term effects integration exploration cross-national differences implementation. findings suggest that a holistic, systems-based approach essential advancing solutions.

This paper examines the intertwined dynamics among digital transformation, IT innovation, and sustainability their collective influence on firm performance in response to evolving business landscape characterized by digitalization, concerns. The study investigates how these factors collectively impact analyzing a panel dataset of 1510 global companies from 2013–2023. model utilizes multiple linear regression analysis incorporate scores as dependent variable. At same time, are independent variables, alongside firm-level control variables. results reveal that transformation positively influences innovation strategic (BM) development, confirming its direct performance. Additionally, firms with simpler younger structures achieve better outcomes than larger more established ones. The complex integration of Industry 4.0 technologies into SMEs necessitates robust frameworks to address adoption barriers and enhance sustainability. present study investigates the impact artificial intelligence (AI), Internet Things (IoT), blockchain on smart manufacturing, logistics, sustainability in SMEs. Using a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 300 across retail sectors through purposive sampling, focusing technology adoption, performance 2018 2022. Data analyzed using advanced machine learning models, including XG Boost Random Forest, alongside Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) for dimensionality reduction quantile regression an inferential analysis. Findings revealed that IoT improved resource utilization efficiency, while enhanced ethical sourcing—furthermore, AI-driven predictive maintenance reduced operational downtimes. achieved Mean Squared Error (MSE), highlighting its superior capability, Forest perfect fitness but risked overfitting. However, varied significantly firms due financial technical constraints, with reporting limited access capital skilled labor.
