Biogas has improved due to technological advancements, environmental awareness, policy support, and research innovation, making it a more cost-effective environmentally friendly renewable energy source. The Generalized Linear Model (GLM) was employed examine the relationship between purchased generated from 2007 2023. Metrics such as deviance, log likelihood, dispersion phi were examined assess model fit. Mann–Kendall test utilized detect trends in datasets. Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD5) Chemical (COD) reduction significant, exceeding 97% 2014 However, treated sewage displayed limited susceptibility biological degradation, with COD BOD5 ratios increasing 2.28 6.59 for raw 2.33 7.05 by Additionally, efficiency of purification processes calculated, multivariate regression analysis conducted on gas composition data. Principal Coordinate Ordination (PCO) k-means clustering used dimensionality biogas component clustering, respectively. This showed that waste water treatment process can be used, particularly methane production. Technological advancements have made production efficient, enhancing generation within circular economy framework.
