In the new era, coordinating relationship between population flow and forestry ecological security has become an important challenge. this study, we take Heilongjiang Province in China as example, through combination of macro data micro in-depth interviews, explore whether mobility really affects intrinsic mechanism from perspective exodus forest areas. Based on DPSIR model, constructed a evaluation index system, used TOPSIS multi-objective decision analysis method to quantify status 2000 2022, utilized impulse response function VAR model dynamic outflow security. The results study show that, firstly, comprehensive level exhibits fluctuating upward trend 2022. Second, lagged effect outflow, almost no at present. Third, while Luobei County reduces interference human activities natural environment, it also brings about pressures insufficient resource management personnel. Dongfanghong Forestry Bureau effectively improved efficiency construction introduction digitalized intelligent equipment, which compensated for negative impact reduction These findings will help realize coordinated development population, economy society, ecology.
