Investigating the carbon flux in orchard ecosystems is crucial for assessing agroecosystem productivity and optimizing management practices. We measured estimated fluxes (gross primary productivity, GPP; ecosystem respiration, Re; net exchange, NEE) environmental variables a seven-year-old kiwifruit over two years. Our results showed that diurnal exhibited bell-shaped patterns, peaking between 12:30 15:30. Daily seasonal trend, characterized by an increase followed decrease. The average daily GPP, Re, NEE values were 6.77, 4.99, −1.79 g C m−2 d−1 2018, 5.88, 4.78, −1.10 2019, respectively. sequestered −444.25 2018 −285.77 which accounted 26.4% 18.6% of Diurnal GPP significantly influenced photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), with direct path coefficients 0.75 0.88 (p < 0.01), while air temperature (Ta) affected through PAR, indirect coefficient 1.12 both. PAR had similar effect on NEE, both indirectly soil (Ts) at 5 cm depth vapor pressure deficit (VPD). Re was primarily impacted VPD, 0.64 Ta concentration dioxide (CCO2) 0.82 −0.80. leaf area index (LAI) water content (SWC) 20 significant correlation during vigorous growing period.
