This study aimed to investigate the effects of wind turbulence on CO2 transport within a medium and extent measurement errors in closed chamber. Therefore, laboratory with controllable environmental conditions, performance chamber at various speeds was assessed using soil respiration calibration apparatus four types porous media. The experimental results indicated that under influence exhibited varying degrees underestimation, ranging from −51 −6%. were more pronounced sandy soils. As enhanced gas medium, flux measurements biased, this phenomenon closely related medium’s particle size surface speed. To address issue, it is recommended conduct long-term monitoring eliminate by averaging repeated measurements, which will improve accuracy ecosystem carbon budget.
